This upscale apartment community needed branding that matched its green ethic and grand architecture. We began by designing collateral materials made out of recycled and easily biodegradable paper. And, in keeping with this green ideal, we decided to create a property brochure that could also double as a presentation aid for 360 State leasing agents.
We also designed the website to let prospective residents easily see the big picture. The large visuals and simple copy combine to show how everything comes together in a responsible and stylish way at 360 State. The branding has had the desired effect, with prospective buyers being educated and “sold” on the idea of 360 State before they make contact.
