California Tortilla
In 2007, California Tortilla came to us with two distinct goals: 1) to unify messaging among their 24 franchises, and 2) to create a cohesive and engaging brand to bring the individual stores together.
Our team achieved these goals while keeping the friendly yet self-deprecating voice of the brand alive. We developed and enhanced several successful, offbeat promotions, including Pop-Tart Day, March Madness, The Fish Taco Special, and The Presidential Burrito. We also created the Rock, Paper, Scissor Day promotion, which received overwhelming press and customer enthusiasm. California Tortilla’s brand continues to be consistent across all their franchises.
