Co Co. Sala

For the new Washington, DC, restaurant and chocolate bar Co Co. Sala, we faced the challenge of taking the client’s detailed vision to create an entirely distinct and luxurious brand. The work led to the successful launch of the new restaurant in DC and the possible expansion to other locations worldwide.

Including the name Co Co. Sala, we developed a complete identity package, incorporating a lush, dark color scheme and a series of patterns that embodied the richness of chocolate and the warm, sophisticated atmosphere of the restaurant.

The materials surpassed the client’s high expectations, and the restaurant opened to rave reviews. The Co Co. Sala campaign was featured in the 2008 Graphic Design Annual and won a 2008 gold ADDY for its logo and a 2009 gold ADDY award for its packaging.
