When Durst and Fetner, two of New York’s most successful and established real estate companies, merged to become Durst Fetner Residential, we were called in to help develop a new marketing strategy, including new websites and a whole range of advertising materials. We created an efficient template system that allows each apartment building to have its own unique look and voice, and that can also be managed by their respective leasing teams. The result has been lease-ups and stabilized apartment buildings in the New York area’s highly competitive market.
We also developed a multipurpose, scalable corporate website that reflects the company’s strength and sophistication. The site is an easy-to-navigate portal with enhanced usability for both investors and potential tenants. Our team is also employing the power of search engine optimization and social media, including the ability to search for a property and check on availabilities on Facebook.
