We beat 12 other agencies to become the agency of record for Volkswagen of America’s After Sales Marketing. No small feat considering it’s their highest grossing, most profitable division. In addition to communicating the benefits of Genuine Volkswagen Service, Parts and Accessories to all VW owners, we also collaborate and orchestrate all marketing efforts with 592 dealerships and over a dozen vendors across the country.

One of our first efforts was “Be good to your car,” a campaign designed to get customers to see the benefits of using their dealer for service. We identified market segments to talk directly to customers based on their buying behaviors and used the car itself to deliver the message. The car expresses its wants, needs and desires—all of which brings the driver back to the dealership for expert service and superior parts.

From impactful direct mail campaigns and in-store POS materials, to dealer-customized web pages and fun, interactive games, we are responsible for creating all VW seasonal events and promotions. One winter postcard alone brought in 14 million dollars in revenue. And that’s being good to your client.
