As Vice President, People, Kristin is instrumental in shaping the employee experience at the HZ and overseeing our human resources strategy. In her role, she assumes direct responsibility for talent acquisition, talent management, training and development and DEI across the organization.
Kristin has always been passionate about bringing people and opportunity together and believes that it is equally important for organizations to nurture their employees' growth with the right tools and resources, as it is for individuals to hone their crafts. It is this philosophy, coupled with her understanding of how human resources can help an organization achieve optimal growth and business acumen that makes her an effective leader and driving force in the agency.
Prior to joining HZ, Kristin was the Human Resources Manager for Page Southerland Page, an architecture and engineering company. In that role, she was responsible for day-to-day human resources support in the Washington, DC, and San Francisco offices. Prior to her tenure at Page, she served in talent management roles at APCO Worldwide and Edelman and has experience in the advertising, architecture, finance and public relations industry.
Kristin is a native of the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. She is an avid reader who also enjoys Saturday brunch in the city and spending time with her close friends.
