Lindsay serves in dual business development roles: as an executive-team member and as growth director. She secures new business clients and drives existing business growth while helping ensure optimal execution of products and services for the agency. Her day-to-day role includes acting as a liaison and strategist across BCW Group as well as negotiating new contracts and contract renewals.
In her business development role, Lindsay secured multi-year contracts with Hilton Honors, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Curio Collection, and DoubleTree. She acquired new national and global Fortune 500 contracts with The Walt Disney Company, Salesforce, Colgate-Palmolive, Stanley Black & Decker, The Blackstone Group, Booz Allen Hamilton, and many others. She also contracted marketing and brand management services with numerous not-for-profit organizations.
Previous to her current position, Lindsay spent 10 years in account service, leading branding, digital, and marketing programs for a range of clients. Her experience spans diverse industries, including hospitality, food & beverage, e-commerce, and real estate. Clients included Hilton Worldwide, Tishman Speyer, The Carlyle Group, Cuisine Solutions, JBG-Smith, EagleBank, and more.
Lindsay spearheaded the effort to certify the agency as a diverse WBE supplier, and introduced a mom’s group to improve morale, enhance company culture, and add brand value in an agency comprising 65% women. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Advertising from Boston University.
