As Vice President, Strategy & Impact, Nicole creates and drives integration with her wealth of strategy expertise. She works as a bridge across agencies, teams, and disciplines, ensuring that the critical cultural nuances of the strategy are recognized and developed within the creative while constructing thoughtful impact frameworks to measure the progress of the project’s objectives. She believes that the best way to orient yourself in projects (and in life) is to ask good questions.
Comfortable in the fast-paced world of marketing, she is adept at parachuting into complex projects and emerging with solutions rooted in a true understanding of the audience. She has experience working on a wide array of brand, marketing, and content executions for household names including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, General Motors, Samsung, Volkswagen, Hilton Worldwide, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson Health Equity, Dollar General, and JBS Foods.
Nicole is a graduate of the School of Journalism at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her master’s degree at Elon University.
