Tyler provides oversight of a multi-level experience design team as Group Director of Experience Design. He is responsible for establishing a vision for the clients’ work that solves their challenges and helps them achieve their goals and drive portfolio growth through experience strategy. Tyler establishes collaborative practices among experience design, strategy, channel, creative, development, and analytics. He understands the relationship among and importance of strategy, data, research, and UX in all that we create. He emphasizes craft, storytelling, and actionable insights to deliver human-centered, bespoke, integrated design, branding, and marketing solutions at scale.
Previously Tyler was with Digitas New York for over a decade as VP, Director of User Experience & Product Design, where he was responsible for prioritizing and delegating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams. He worked in a hands-on capacity through all sprint phases, including research and strategic development, initial ideation and concepts, prototyping, client approval, detailed design, implementation, release, and optimization.
He has worked for top-tier clients including American Express, BlackRock, Merrill, Visa, Goldman Sachs, Aetna, Delta Airlines, Xfinity, HP, Johnson & Johnson, Nokia, and Verizon. His previous client work has been recognized for excellence by the Addys, AIGA, Clios, Communication Arts, Effie Awards, The One Show, SEGD, and Webby Awards.
Tyler is a graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design.
