Xavier Rodon

Xavier is an award-winning Creative Director with 24 years of experience in advertising who has worked on a wide variety of leading brands across a rich spectrum of business categories. Throughout his career, he has established roots in four different markets, including the US, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland. Xavier serves as VP, Group Creative Director, working closely on the American Chemistry Council and AstraZeneca accounts.

Before joining the agency, Xavier served as creative partner at Foundry, a collective of international creative based in Berlin and Zurich where he supervised creative output for the agency’s portfolio of clients. Prior to that Xavier spent eight years as VP, Creative Director, at Publicis New York, creating award-winning traditional, digital, and experiential campaigns for clients such as Citibank, P&G, Aflac, and Hilton, and his work garnered prestigious awards and recognition from international festivals such as Cannes Lions, the Effies, and the Addys. Before this, Xavier worked for nearly eight years at DDB New York as Creative Director, leading on brands such as Philips, Unilever, Cigna, and Exxon Mobil, while also contributing to other brands such as Pepsi, Bud Light, Cotton, Subaru, and Johnson & Johnson.

Xavier holds a BFA from Syracuse University.
