Justine has more than 20 years of agency and marketing experience, and has been with this agency for well over a decade. Her responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, overseeing our account management team, and helping them grow their clients’ business through strategic guidance and day-to-day supervision. 

With her diverse marketing background and deep experience in real estate and sports, she’s been instrumental in the success of accounts including Hoffman and Associates (District Wharf), Brookfield Properties, Bozzuto, Sunrise Senior Living, and the Washington Redskins. Having spent the majority of her career managing accounts in various capacities—six years at Merrick Towle and three years at Hill Holiday—Justine is a problem solver at heart. She’s also been a proud member of the ADCOLOR team since day one, and in 2018 received the 4As/MAIP Paragon Award. 

Justine graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Communications.
