Winnie recently joined HZ in October 2021. Previously, she spent the last 12 years as Senior Finance Director at Williams Lea Tag, a leading global provider of integrated marketing and communication services to help clients transform business processes, enhance communication, and realize the potential of their brand. She was responsible for financial reporting, tax, treasury, and strategic planning for the Americas business with revenue circa $0.6 billion annually. She is experienced in analyzing existing operations and implementing effective systems, strategies, and processes to improve performance and increase efficiency that deliver bottom-line profitability. She has a solid history of facilitating sound business decisions and strategic direction by instituting standards of excellence across all financial/accounting functions and accelerating delivery of vital financial data. Winnie has also led financial workstreams in new business wins and renewals and successfully onboarded new clients such as Citibank, Barclaycard, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Sunovion.

Originally from New York, Winnie graduated from the School of Management at SUNY Binghamton with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Global Management.
