Deena Smith

Deena has over 25 years of agency and client service experience in brand development and strategic planning. Since joining the team in 2011, Deena has provided leadership and direction for such accounts as Blackboard, University of Maryland University College, 4-H, Marriott, and Revel Casino and Resort. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Deena is essential to the design and implementation of business operations, and helps establish policies that promote company culture and vision, in addition to overseeing agency operations and the day-to-day work of its executive team.

Deena has honed her skills at such agencies as TBWA\Chiat\Day, DDB Needham, and Arnold Worldwide. She’s worked on McDonald’s, XM Satellite Radio, Amtrak, Mobil Oil Corp., Olympus camera, and Michelin, among other high-profile clients. 

Deena earned a B.S. from the State University of New York at New Paltz and also attended the AAAA Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies.
