Maria draws on more than 18 years of agency experience to lead key accounts at HZ, providing business acumen, accountability, and vision for a varied portfolio of clients. Her responsibilities include anticipating client needs, navigating complex business challenges, providing actionable solutions, and achieving revenue goals, as well as managing our internal multi-disciplinary teams. Her ability to combine strategic and creative thinking—and to do so effectively in a fast-paced environment—has contributed greatly to the success of our clients, including ACC, Bozzuto, Dollar General, Hoffman and Associates, Johnson and Johnson, Maryland Marketing Partnership and Wharf Association
With HZ for over a decade, Maria is driven by our mission to do great work and be the best part of our clients’ day—and she mentors her team of account executives accordingly by giving them positive inspiration and challenging goals. Maria has a degree from the University of Maryland, and honed her management and relationship-building skills at Siquis and Rosenthal Partners.
