For the past 11 years Katie has built and led teams designed to solve clients’ biggest problems with a strategic-first approach and the highest degree of counsel and perspective. She is highly skilled in fostering long-term relationships between client and agency through identifying and igniting a common vision for brand strategy, creative development, and implementation tied to impactful business outcomes. As HZ’s president she’s also responsible for overall agency structure, resourcing, and the constant evolution of products and services.
She has worked across nearly every industry, and recent client partners include Dollar General, Hilton, Dow, 2U, Bank of America, Sunrise Senior Living, Maryland Marketing Partnership, and many more. Prior to this position, she was with Ralph Lauren, where she led the entire integrated marketing program for the Rugby brand—from initial concept through national rollout and launch of e-commerce.
Katie is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, with a B.A. in English and a minor in Economics.
